Initial:  This cigar is simply gorgeous.  The new band with the reflective secondary band makes it pop.  You can see it as soon as you walk into a B&M Humidor.  The wrapper is dark, and solid, with impeccable construction.

Prelight:  Toasting the foot gives off a nice cocoa and hazelnut aroma.  The prelight draw has nice notes of toasted raisins.  When lighting the cigar, the draw gives off a nice, soft resistance, with a nice thick smoke.

1st Third:

  1. Cocoa
  2. Espresso
  3. Hazelnut

2nd Third

  1. Cocoa
  2. Earth
  3. Red Pepper

Final Third

  1. Cocoa
  2. Red Pepper
  3. Brine

Total Time:  1 hr 27 mins

Overall:  Medium Bodied.  The cigar is very well constructed and held up nicely in the Cold Michigan weather with a perfect burn.  The flavors hit you right from the pre-light, and continue very consistent throughout the cigar.  The spice picks up towards the second half, blending nicely with espresso and cocoa flavors.  If you have never tried CLE, or are a veteran to them, this is a must try.
